The movie Father Stu, is a 2022 biographical drama film written and directed by Rosalind Ross and has Mark Wahlberg as Stuart Ignatius Long (1963 – 2014), an atheist boxer that converts to Catholicism and becomes a Priest later on
The movie is based on the journey of Father Stu to become a disciple of Jesus, and his life experience on how he got “the call” and the acceptance of his suffering from inclusion body myositis.
